Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll automatically be credited your original payment (excluding taxes and shipping) minus the restocking fee within 5-7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and no in-store credit has been issued please contact us at inquiry@thefoxxstore.com

Returns
Our 30 day return policy applies to any  purchase made in the United States. If you decide you no longer like your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item and receive in-store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. There is also a 10% restocking fee for ALL returns.
To be eligible for in-store credit, your purchase must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive in-store credit in the form of a merchant e-gift card within 5-7 business days from the time the item(s) we’re delivered.

Damages and Defects 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request sending in photos and/or video of damaged or defective product(s) for further validation. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or international purchases.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges. However, you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
